APCOA Will Operate More than 500 Parking Spaces and 30 Charging Points at the Arne-Jacobsen-Haus in Hamburg-Winterhude from 2027 Onwards
APCOA Germany has signed a long-term lease agreement for the management of the parking areas at the Arne-Jacobsen-Haus in Hamburg and will establish a modern parking management system there.
The mandate includes a total of 511 car parking spaces and 30 charging points for electric vehicles. APCOA will operate the site with a FreeFlow solution, enabling an efficient and user-friendly parking process without barriers or paper tickets, thereby speeding up entry and exit and efficiently managing traffic flow on the premises.
Completed in 1969, the Arne Jacobsen House is one of the most famous office buildings in Hamburg's City Nord district. The listed building, designed by the Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen, is currently undergoing extensive revitalization by MATRIX Real Estate and is being repositioned for modern working environments.
With this agreement, APCOA secures the early management of a site in one of Hamburg's most important office locations. Commissioning is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
