ARCADIS names Fenner to Head Multinational Client Program

He succeeds Stephanie Hottenhuis, who was named CEO of ARCADIS Germany in 2008. Fenner has 28 years experience in the environmental and infrastructure consulting business. He joined the company in 2002 to lead client development activities in the western United States. In 2006, Fenner was selected to serve as the Director of Federal Programs.
