Automated Valet rolls out new AVPM Claim Tracking feature

With the installation of AVPM, an operator can apply Garage Access Control and Virtual Data Entry systems along with digital imaging to prevent damages and customer claims. These features protect cars at entry and exit and protect the operator by scanning the vehicle, decoding the make, model and VIN number of the vehicle and recording any previous damages. However, accidents happen, and claims, real or fraudulent, must be addressed.

The Claim Tracking feature provides a process for claim information to be entered and monitored by AVPM. From the moment a claim is filed until its resolution, AVPM will track its progress and notify staff and management of changes in status. When a claim is filed, images from the vehicle, recorded digitally, will be uploaded to the system and saved until the claim has been resolved. Management will be made aware that the claim has been filed.

Automating the claims process saves the operator time and money. The Claim Tracking feature minimizes unnecessary paperwork and speeds reporting. All parties have the information to address the issue immediately.
