Bristol Airport Extends BookFlowGo Partnership With Continued Investment in ParkIT Platform

Bristol Airport is taking a proactive approach, extending its partnership with ParkIT and BookFlowGo

A five-year agreement focused on continued improvement and smooth operations, across landside operations at Bristol Airport has been agreed.

As airports face increasing passenger volumes, Bristol Airport is taking a proactive approach, extending its partnership with ParkIT and BookFlowGo for a further five years, to support its growing demand for parking.

The decision follows five years of live operation at Bristol’s Silver Zone car park, where BookFlowGo’s ParkIT platform has supported the airport by enhancing operational workflows and integrating technology into day-to-day operations. Over that time, the partnership has evolved from an initial operational solution into a core part of Bristol Airport’s infrastructure, integrated across vehicle handling, check-in and check-out and the wider customer journey.

This long-term extension reflects the confidence built through proven performance, as well as a shared commitment to support the customer experience.

Oli Ashford, CEO of BookFlowGo, explains, “Our partnership with Bristol Airport has grown alongside their operation. By staying close to the team and understanding how their needs evolve, we’ve been able to continuously configure the platform to support greater efficiency.”

Flexibility will be key to supporting a consistently high standard of customer experience while delivering a more seamless end-to-end journey.

Jade Moorhouse, Head of Ground Transport at Bristol Airport, adds, “This partnership is an important part of our day-to-day operations and smooth running from the key drop off right the way through to safe key return. We’ve been impressed with BookFlowGo’s efficient systems and support for the last eight years, and we’re pleased to continue working together.”

The renewed partnership will focus on supporting that growth, streamlining the check-in process and automating key collection.

Bristol Airport already uses BookFlowGo’s Parkspace platform to power its pre-book parking offering.

At an industry level, this agreement reflects a broader shift in how airports approach technology. Long-term partnerships of this kind reflect how airports are increasingly investing in adaptable SaaS-based platforms designed to support continuous improvement over time. Rather than one-off implementations, airports are increasingly investing in technology that improves over time and becomes embedded within their operational ecosystem.

For ParkIT and BookFlowGo, it reinforces a continued commitment to working closely with customers, understanding real-world operational challenges, and delivering solutions that evolve alongside their ambitions.

As Oli Ashford adds, “Long-term partnerships like this reflect a shared commitment to continuous improvement. By working closely together, we can keep evolving the platform to meet changing operational demands and support sustainable growth over time.”
