Camden County Improvement Authority Ribbon Cutting

For the Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA), TimHaahs designed a mixed-use parking structure at the corner of South Broadway and Benson Street in Camden, New Jersey.
the garage was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony including county officials, the mayor of Camden, and numerous others who have contributed to the project. All who were present spoke on the hopes of this mixed-use facility being one of the steps towards revitalization for the community.

Constructed on an existing surface lot, TimHaahs served as the prime design firm for the nine level, 1,604 space garage, which includes approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space along South Broadway.

The garage will be connected to Cooper University Hospital by an enclosed pedestrian walkway. It will serve hospital employees and visitors, as well as the surrounding neighborhood.

TimHaahs is proud to have played a role in this important project that will contribute to urban renewal and future growth in the City of Camden.
