CAVU Launches New Brand Identity Marking The Start of the Next Phase of Its Growth

Built to enhance every stage of the passenger journey

The Rebrand Brings Together CAVU’s Three Distinct Capabilities Under a Single Identity for the First Time.

Cavu, the travel technology company founded by Manchester Airports Group that helps airports, brands and travel businesses grow non aeronautical revenue, today launches a new brand identity, marking the next phase of its growth and its most public introduction to the wider aviation market.

The rebrand brings together Cavu's three distinct capabilities under a single identity for the first time. Its e-commerce and revenue management solution (Cavu Commerce) is built specifically for the airport passenger journey. Its global distribution network (Cavu Connect) enables airports and product providers to reach millions more passengers through trusted travel brands and partner channels. And its premium lounge capability (Cavu Lounges) designs, delivers and operates award-winning airport lounges, including the trusted Escape Lounges brand, recently named Global Lounge of the Year at the 2026 Priority Pass Excellence Awards.

"At Cavu, we want to enhance every part of the passenger journey, but at the moment some of the market knows us for Escape Lounges. Others know our e-commerce platform or our global distribution network." said Nick Woods, Managing Director of Cavu and former Chief Technology Officer at MAG. "That’s why today, we're bringing C2 - Internal those capabilities together under one connected brand, giving our clients a single partner to unlock every revenue opportunity across the passenger journey."

Founded Inside Airports

Cavu was established by Manchester Airports Group to commercialise what MAG had built inside its own airports, and unlock that same potential for clients around the world. MAG's airports deliver up to two times the global average in non-aeronautical revenue per passenger, at a time when the wider industry is making less per head than it did in 2017.

"Being founded by an airport group is what makes Cavu different," said Woods. "Everything we build is shaped by real operational needs and passenger behaviour, proven inside major airports before it reaches a single client. For any business considering working with us, that de-risks the proposition significantly."

The Problem CAVU Was Built to Solve

Airport services are too often booked separately, priced statically and managed through disconnected systems, meaning the revenue that could be generated, often doesn’t not get captured.

"Passengers who bundle two or more products spend up to 4 times more than those who buy just one," said Woods. "Connecting those moments across the passenger journey is exactly what Cavu was built to do. We have a bold new look that better represents our business, but the ambition remains the same: help clients unlock their non-aeronautical revenue potential."

Cavu will exhibit at the ACI-NA Annual Conference in September 2026 and the World Aviation Festival in October 2026.
