Central Parking Corporation Announces Management Changes

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2003--Central Parking Corporation (NYSE:CPC) today announced the resignation of William J. Vareschi, Jr. as chief executive officer and vice chairman. The Board named founder and chairman Monroe J. Carell, Jr., as chief executive officer.
