Central Parking System Elected to Manage Five Downtown Denver Parking Facilities

Central Parking System, Inc. announced that it has been selected to manage five parking facilities with more than 3,000 spaces that serve four of downtown Denvers premier office and retail properties: Tabor Center, US Bank Tower, 410 Building and Dominion Plaza.
These four properties were purchased earlier this year by Callahan Capital Partners. Central Parking assumed management of the portfolio on August 1, 2007.

Central Parking System is the largest provider of parking and related services in North America. The Company and its affiliates operate more than 2,800 parking facilities containing approximately 1.3 million spaces. Central Parking also provides parking-related services, including valet, shuttle bus operation and parking consulting. The Companys clients include some of the nations largest owners and operators of mixed-use projects, office buildings, hotels, stadiums and arenas as well as airports, hospitals and municipalities.
