Kick-off into a New Year of Intercom 2.0 Innovation

A few weeks after the market premiere of the new Series CD centred around the new CONDUCTOR control desk the next major addition to the orchestra of expansion modules is already under way: an 8,4 inch Touch Display Module with an amazing repertoire of software capabilities. But that is only the beginning, as other sections of the product portfolio are also set to be enhanced with a nice touch of touch technology.

Also, there is some hot innovation ahead this summer, when the virtualised Intercom Server will become a reality. From July 1st, the much awaited world’s first Software Intercom Server will reinforce Commend’s server range, harnessing the benefits of virtualised server landscapes for latest-generation security and communication.

Here are some further milestones on the Intercom 2.0 calendar this year:

• With the introduction of Version 3.0, the SIP Series will set a whole new standard in terms of intelligent ease of useT
• here will be quite a few new things on the software front as well: enhanced mobility and app support, for example, as well as a performance boosting leap to Version 3.0 of Commend’s proven Intercom Software, PRO, and a growing ability to integrate with external technologies
• In addition to new features and functions to enhance security and user friendliness, there are quite a few other nice technical surprises to look forward in 2013 – another Commend year of innovation.
