Fast and rugged, with paper sizes up to 216mm, the KPM, VKP & TPT series offer all the features needed for kiosk use with serviceability and dependablity. Demonstrating CUSTOM’s understanding of kiosk and ticketing applications, the manufacturer has introduced features like illuminated paper mouths. These can be thought of as finished front panel treatments, making front panel design of the final product much simpler and neater without the need for a moulded bezel. And software utilities like CePrnSpy are indispensable in many remote applications. When paper is nearing the end the system can email a warning to a specified location to generate a restocking visit. An SMS text message can also be generated, perhaps to an engineer's mobile phone warning or paper low or paper out. The software also allows remote monitoring of status, number of tickets issued and remining etc.
All of CUSTOM ticket printers are thermal and have at least 200dpi printing resolution.

Interfaces used include RS232 / serial, parallel / Centronics, USB. Driver support includes Linux, Win 98, 2k & ME, NT4 and XP.
