Dayton International Airport Initiates Parking Garage Construction to Enhance Passenger Experience
Dayton International Airport has commenced construction on a new parking garage as part of a comprehensive improvement project aimed at enhancing the overall experience for passengers and visitors. The project is expected to be completed by early December 2025.
The renovation work focuses on the second and third floors of the existing parking structure. Planned upgrades include the removal and replacement of structural expansion joints, floor sealing, encapsulation plug replacement, injectable crack sealing, and other miscellaneous repairs and pavement markings. These enhancements are designed to improve traffic flow, accessibility, lighting, safety, and efficiency within the parking facility.
During the construction period, portions of the parking garage will be temporarily closed. Travelers are advised to arrive early and follow on-site signage for guidance. The airport will provide regular updates on the progress of the project through its official social media channels.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the overall passenger experience at Dayton International Airport, reflecting the airport's dedication to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
