Duncan management, has purchased Duncan Industries from Dover Corporation

David A. Dull is the new President/CEO of Duncan, replacing James A. Elsner. The remainder of the Duncan management team remains intact. “I am pleased to have the opportunity to join Duncan at this exciting time. Duncan is poised to build on its strong market position in parking meters, and focused on expanding into more advanced systems through product offerings such as the new Phoenix Pay and Display line. Metapoint Partners is a private investment group that acquires and grows small to medium-size manufacturing companies and has completed numerous successful acquisitions since its inception in 1988.

The new ownership group plans to provide the capital and leadership to further strengthen and grow the business both internally and through the acquisition of complimentary product lines and businesses.
