Duncan Parking Technologies has purchased Duncan Industries

David A. Dull is the new President/ CEO of Duncan, replacing James A. Elsner. The remainder of the Duncan management team remains intact and the company will continue to develop and manufacture the quality products and services it is known for.

Metapoint Partners is a private investment group that acquires and grows small to medium-size manufacturing companies and has completed numerous successful acquisitions since its inception in 1988.

The new ownership group plans to provide the capital and leadership to further strengthen and grow the business both internally and through the acquisition of complimentary product lines and businesses.
