EnSight Technologies Selected to Bring Smart Parking Guidance to Southstone Yards

EnSight Technologies, in partnership with Mitchell Time & Parking, has been selected to implement its vision-based parking occupancy management and guidance system at Southstone Yards, a 45-acre mixed-use district taking shape in Frisco, Texas. The system will serve the garage at The Offices at Southstone Yards, the development's seven-story office building, helping tenants and visitors find open parking quickly from the moment they arrive.

The system will provide real-time occupancy data and clear, driver-friendly wayfinding across the garage's main parking levels. Rather than installing a sensor over every parking space, EnSight's approach concentrates intelligence on a small number of smart cameras and digital signs, keeping hardware and infrastructure to a minimum while giving drivers the information they need to park quickly.

At the core of the solution is EnSight Eyes, the company's camera-based vehicle counting technology powered by its Fluid Learning Intelligence (FLI) deep-learning engine. Cameras track and count vehicles as they move between levels, with a guaranteed counting accuracy of 99% or greater per camera. That accuracy is monitored daily and made visible to the property team through the system's reporting tools.

For drivers, guidance starts at the garage entrance. Full-matrix LED signs display live availability for every level at a glance. Once inside, digital signs at each ramp show how many spaces remain on the current level and on the levels above, directing drivers to open parking instead of leaving them to circle in search of a space.
