Parking availability is communicated through digital signs placed at each of the driver's decision points. Monument signs at both garage entrances display availability for all eight levels at a glance, so drivers know where to head before they enter. Interior signs at each level indicate what is open on the current level and above, and an exterior sign along Bancroft Way communicates the garage's status to passing traffic.

The system is managed through the cloud-based EnSightful Portal, giving campus parking staff a centralized dashboard for live occupancy monitoring, utilization analytics, and historical reporting. Those insights will help the UC Berkeley team understand how parking demand shifts across the academic year and manage the new facility accordingly.
