21st European Parking Conference & Exhibition
Celebrating Innovation, Connection, and the Future of Parking
More than 500 parking and mobility professionals will gather in Brussels this September for the 21st European Parking Conference & Exhibition. Over two days, they will exchange ideas, celebrate achievements and spark collaboration between the public and private spheres, across international borders.
A Dynamic Program
This year’s Conference Program is designed for maximum interaction. Networking events, sessions and workshops will revolve around the two halls of the exhibition floor, encouraging participation and dialogue. Alongside plenary sessions, delegates can join interactive workshops to explore the latest in digitalization, urban mobility, and sustainable parking solutions. EPA’s own initiatives, publications, and projects will be showcased, with high-quality networking opportunities throughout.
Highlights on Stage
High-profile speakers from the European Commission, national and local governments, leading companies, and academia will share insights on transforming parking into mobility hubs, the power of data and AI, and user-centred services. There will also be the launch of the European Women in Parking network, which will help to amplify female voices in a traditionally male industry.

Celebrating Excellence
The 2025 European Parking Awards will honour those organisations and individuals setting new standards in technology, sustainability, and service. To read about all the companies that applied this year, check out the special edition of Parking Trend International . During the Awards show, we will also pay tribute to American scholar Donald Shoup, widely regarded as the father of parking reform.
Networking and Connections
Beyond the sessions, the exhibition halls will be alive with ideas and conversation. Delegates will reconnect with colleagues old and new, discover innovations, and forge new partnerships.
