evopark Together with Stadtmarken GmbH Connected Their mobility CONNECT Platform at the Hansator

- Münster, Germany
The Hansator in Münster (Westfalen), Germany

The Hansator in Münster (Westfalen), Germany is a new real estate development that links the central train station with the vibrant “Hansaviertel” city quarter. As part of the urban re-development, Landmarken AG developed a building that was constructed as a vertical city quarter. It combines a hotel, a modern co-living concept, offices, stores, and gastronomy. Due to its central location and the proximity to the train station, it also contains a mobility hub for various modes of transport.

The development won the polis Award for Urban and Real Estate Development in the category "Urban Land Recycling" for the construction project in 2018.

We are glad that together with the operator, Stadtmarken GmbH, we could connect the car park with 100 spaces to our mobility CONNECT platform. The connection will enable users of app-based services (such as EasyPark) to use of parking spaces in the car park, fully cashless and digital. The installed license plate recognition will act as identifier for registered app users.
