EYSA: mowiz TRUCK and Repsol Open a Secure Lorry Park in Zaragoza

mowiz TRUCK, EYSA's operator of secure lorry parks, and Repsol, the Spanish energy group, have opened a new secure parking facility for heavy goods vehicles at Zaragoza Plaza, one of Spain's leading logistics hubs. The site offers 45 spaces, including bays for refrigerated vehicles, and provides services such as showers, Wi-Fi and rest areas for drivers.

The opening of Zaragoza Plaza forms part of the project announced by mowiz TRUCK and Repsol in May 2025 to strengthen the network of secure lorry parking in Spain. Alongside the launch of these sites, the agreement covers the development and expansion of the network, with new locations in areas of high demand and strategic importance for professional haulage.

The new facility adds to the secure parking available to road transport professionals at one of the country's main logistics hubs, and marks a further step forward for the project driven by both companies to improve the security of vehicles and goods, as well as the conditions in which drivers rest.

With this opening, the network run by the two companies now offers 428 secure parking spaces for heavy goods vehicles across seven sites, located on some of Spain's most important logistics corridors.

A Network of Seven Secure Lorry Parks for Professional Haulage

The seven sites developed by mowiz TRUCK and Repsol are located in Zaragoza, Albatera (Alicante), Guarromán (Jaén), Mirabueno (Guadalajara), Valdecarpinteros (Salamanca), Fontioso (Burgos) and Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia).

These sites are designed to meet hauliers' operational needs, with services specific to heavy goods vehicles, including bays for refrigerated lorries with electrical hook-up. Depending on the location, the offer is complemented by restaurants, accommodation and other services that support drivers' rest and wellbeing while on the road.

Security is one of the network's key differentiators. Every site has access control, CCTV, perimeter fencing, enhanced lighting and active surveillance 24 hours a day, providing a protected environment for both vehicles and goods.

All seven sites are also integrated into the mowiz TRUCK digital platform, which allows spaces to be booked in advance, fleet management to be optimised and administration to be centralised through unified invoicing.

Users can also pay with Solred across the mowiz TRUCK parking network, simplifying the day-to-day management of fleets and professional drivers.

A Project That Responds to a Growing Need in the Sector

The launch of Zaragoza Plaza addresses a particularly pressing need for professional transport. Finding secure places to take mandatory rest breaks remains one of the sector's biggest challenges, especially along the major logistics corridors.

Against this backdrop, initiatives to expand the network of secure parking help to protect vehicles and goods, make route planning easier and give drivers better conditions in which to rest.
