Our product strategy now includes a number of cost effective and flexible solutions to satisfy the most basic parking guidance needs said Victor Hellberg, General Manager of IdentiPark. With the backing and access to the core parking competencies at Nortech International, we are also able to customise IdentiPark solutions to solve the most advanced requirements too.

IdentiPark is able to satisfy the exact needs of its customers with the following parking guidance solutions:

IdentiCount: The IdentiCount zone counting solution is ideal for open and covered parking facilities. IdentiPark vehicle counters are installed at the entrances and exits to the parking facility. The vehicle counters measure the flow into and out of the parking facility with inductive loop detectors and overhead ultrasonic sensors. This is done to calculate the real time vehicle occupancy of the parking facility. Numerical and variable message signs are installed at strategic locations so that numerical and helpful text messages can direct vehicles to areas of available parking spaces.

IdentiBay: This is the entry level parking guidance solution for covered parking facilities. IdentiPark bay monitoring sensors are installed above every parking space. The bay monitoring sensor detects the presence of a vehicle with an ultra sonic sensor. The real time status of the parking space is displayed through a cluster of coloured LEDs onboard the bay monitoring sensor. By knowing the real time parking space occupancy and the total number of parking spaces, the IdentiPark software is able to calculate the number of available spaces.

IdentiGuide: This is the intermediate parking guidance solution for covered parking facilities. This solution combines the IdentiCount zone counting and IdentiBay bay monitoring offering. The combined offerings described above are able to determine the real time vehicle occupancy and real time status of each bay monitoring sensor. The IdentiPark software uses this real time information to calculate the number of vehicles in flux. In other words, the software uses advanced counting algorithms to determine how many vehicles are still in transit to an available parking space or the exit. This allows the IdentiPark software to accurately calculate the number of available parking spaces.

IdentiPark: This is the most advanced parking guidance solution for covered parking facilities. This solution combines the IdentiCount zone counting and IdentiGuide offering. Level and lane occupancy displays are installed at strategic locations within areas, zones and levels of the parking facility. Typically, these message signs display the number of available spaces on a level or down a specific lane. The message signs allow the driver to make a pre-emptive decision on where to park before entering the zone or level. The indication of available spaces can be further improved, either through the use of a circle/cross, or arrow/cross enhancement to the numerical message signs. Exterior road totems are installed near major entrances to the parking facility. The exterior road totem can be configured with a number of numerical and variable message signs indicating available parking spaces for the entire parking facility and its levels.
