Forgetful Drivers Can

Stratech Systems has developed a surveillance system that pinpoints the location of a car after drivers key in their license plate at a kiosk. A map appears on a screen indicating the car's location. A display panel at the facility's entrance also gives directions to the nearest vacant spot. The price of the system ranges from around $60 to $400 per space, Stratech told Reuters News Service. The company also charges an annual maintenance fee of 10 to 15 percent of the total cost of the project.
