Geosan Group Wins CZK 126 Million Tender for Brno Parking Facility
The City of Brno has selected Geosan Group to deliver a new multi-storey car park in the Nový Lískovec district following a public procurement process involving eight bidders.
Geosan submitted a winning offer of CZK 126,012,252 excluding VAT - approximately CZK 37 million below the city’s original estimate. The contract also covers the preparation of construction and implementation documentation, geodetic surveying, and occupational health and safety planning.
The four-level facility will replace the existing parking area between Svážná and Oblá streets and provide 294 parking spaces, including eight accessible bays and several spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The scheme will be financed through Brno’s Mobility Fund, which is supported by revenue from residential parking permits. In addition to the new structure, the project includes updated road signage and measures intended to improve visibility and safety around nearby roads and intersections.
Following completion of the remaining administrative procedures, preparatory work is expected to begin, with construction scheduled to start in autumn 2026 and take approximately one year.
