Get My Parking Expands Customer Success Team
Appoints Bric Fraser as Director of Customer Success, North America

Get My Parking (GMP), a global provider of AI-powered, white-labeled smart parking software and integrated mobility solutions, has announced the expansion of its Customer Success team with the appointment of Bric Fraser as Director of Customer Success, North America.
Fraser joins GMP with over 20 years of experience in the parking and mobility industry, bringing deep expertise in operations, technology integration, and client engagement across both public and private sector environments. His appointment underscores GMP’s commitment to elevating customer support and strategic account management as the company expands its reach across North America.
In this role, Fraser joins GMP’s Customer Success leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Customer Success, Joe Mollish. He will lead strategic client initiatives across key regions, collaborating with his counterpart, Chris Walters, and GMP’s Key Account Management team. Fraser will focus on deepening client relationships and ensuring GMP’s technology supports their diverse operations with precision and responsiveness. His priorities include driving adoption, increasing platform value, and delivering consistent, outcome-driven support tailored to each client’s goals and unique challenges.
“Bric has spent his career helping clients succeed in some of the most complex and demanding operating environments,” said Joe Mollish, Vice President of Customer Success. “He knows how to align people, processes, and technology to make things simpler—not harder—for the firms and teams we support. That’s the kind of leadership we need as we scale our customer success capacities and stay deeply engaged in solving the unique challenges our clients face every day.”
Fraser has delivered measurable results throughout his career—most notably by leading mobile payment and pay-station initiatives that facilitated tens of millions of digital transactions across a wide range of geographies, client types, and operations. His operational background in hospitality, event management, and parking services gives him a comprehensive understanding and appreciation for both client priorities and user expectations—from parkers to property owners.
“Bric’s leadership strengthens our ability to deliver impact where it matters most—at the point of execution, with our clients, at their locations,” said Steve Resnick, PTMP, President, North America at GMP. “He brings sharp operational instincts, deep credibility in the market, and the trust of partners who rely on GMP to solve real challenges. He’s the kind of leader who makes everyone around him better—and ensures our clients get results they can see and act on immediately.”
“Customer Success isn’t just a department—it’s a foundational mindset and the engine behind every strong partnership,” said Fraser. “Joining Get My Parking at this transformative stage of growth is a rare industry opportunity. This is a team that understands how to balance AI-powered innovation with real-world execution, and I’m grateful to be working alongside our clients and partners to ensure every deployment creates instant and long-term value for them.”
“Bric brings the rare combination of technical fluency, operational insight, and customer-centric leadership that defines our next phase of growth,” said Chirag Jain, Founder and CEO of Get My Parking. “His ability to turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes for our clients makes him a critical addition to our North American leadership team. As we expand our reach and evolve our platform, Bric’s presence ensures we stay relentlessly focused on execution, value creation, and long-term partnership.”
