Get My Parking Appoints Jasen Singh Director of Sales, AI PARCS, North America

Accelerating ExpressLane Growth Across Key Geographies and Vertical Markets

- Montreal, QC
Seasoned Parking Technology Leader to Drive Enterprise AI-PARCS Adoption and Expand Gmp’s Presence Across North America.

Get My Parking (GMP), a global leader in smart parking and mobility software, today announced the appointment of Jasen Singh as Director of Sales, AI PARCS, North America. Based in Montreal, Singh will collaborate with GMP’s Sales and Customer Success teams to advance the company’s AI-powered PARCS platform, ExpressLane, driving growth across key geographies and verticals, and supporting continued expansion in the region.

In this role, Singh will be responsible for originating and closing complex AI-PARCS opportunities across owner, operator, and institutional segments, with a primary focus on the Northeast United States and select markets across Canada, where GMP continues to see strong market demand. He will drive long-cycle, consultative sales engagements while working closely with GMP’s Product and Implementation teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term client expansion.

Singh brings more than a decade of experience in parking technology, enterprise sales, and go-to-market execution. He has closed more than $15 million in complex hardware and software business and delivered sustained double-digit growth over an extended period. He is known for building disciplined, multi-million-dollar pipelines and converting them into enterprise wins across key vertical segments. His experience spans corporate, healthcare, higher education, and government environments, where he has consistently developed scalable sales processes, partner networks, and high-performing teams.

“Jasen brings a strong combination of commercial discipline, industry fluency, and an execution mindset,” said Steve Resnick, PTMP, President, North America at Get My Parking. “He understands how to navigate complex sales cycles, build meaningful relationships, and deliver results. Just as important, he approaches the business the right way, with both clients and end users in mind. That alignment matters as we continue to scale ExpressLane across North America.”

“We’re seeing a clear shift in how owners and operators are thinking about PARCS, moving away from hardware-heavy models toward more intelligent, software-led platforms,” said Chirag Jain, CEO of Get My Parking. “Jasen’s track record of closing complex enterprise deals and working across diverse stakeholder groups positions him well to help GMP capitalize on that shift. We’re excited to have him on board as we expand our presence across key markets and verticals.”

Designed for gated and hybrid environments, ExpressLane is GMP’s hardware-agnostic, CAPEX-light, AI-powered alternative to traditional ticket-based, legacy PARCS systems. Leveraging advanced license plate recognition and AI-assisted vehicle matching, the platform enables frictionless entry and exit, speeding up ingress/egress by 3X, improving revenue integrity, and centralized remote management through a cloud-based, white-labeled interface.

“What stood out to me most about Get My Parking is the practicality of the platform,” said Singh. “Owners and operators don’t have to rip and replace what already works. They can modernize their operations in a way that greatly reduces cost, improves performance, and delivers a far better experience for their customers. That’s a compelling value proposition, and one I’m excited to bring to market.”

Singh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University in Montreal.
