Developed in partnership with the City of Riverside and Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI), Park Riverside brings together garages, surface lots, permits, and digital payments into one unified parking solution.

One Platform. Multiple Ways to Park

Park Riverside is powered by ExpressLane, enabling a single parking system with multiple ways to pay and park across the city.

Drivers can:

• scan a QR code to start and pay for parking
• use the mobile app for faster, repeat payments
• purchase and manage permits digitally

All parking sessions, payments, and access are managed through one platform. This creates a consistent experience across locations while giving drivers the flexibility to choose how they park.

A Citywide Parking Experience Uplift

Park Riverside connects parking infrastructure across downtown into one ecosystem.

Instead of operating in silos, garages, surface lots, permits, and validations are now managed through a single system. This gives the city greater control over parking operations while making the experience simpler for users.

Enabling the ‘Parking Your Way’ Programs

With Park Riverside in place, the city has introduced initiatives like Parking Your Way, which offers 90 minutes of free parking across participating locations.

Because parking sessions are managed digitally, programs like this can be implemented and scaled easily across the city.
