The invoices for these validations or customized permits are usually calculated in bulk and sent to the partner toward the end of the billing cycle.
For operators with thousands of permit-holders, managing numerous partner accounts and permits can be a lot of work. Most existing account receivables software require parking admins to organically input details about the validations to generate invoices. If the partner has any updates regarding account details, it has to be updated manually before the database is updated. This incessant back and forth slows down the invoicing process and subsequently the parking business.

Once the partner and the operator have configured validations for their customers, the coupons can be distributed in the form of QR codes. Cashiers can choose a coupon from the self-serve portal and display the corresponding QR code to the customer, who can scan the QR code to validate their coupon and apply it automatically to their ongoing parking session created through a custom-branded parking app.
Track validation usage
Through the self-serve portal, the retail partners can track validation usage with comprehensive expenditure reports from individual retail branches, complete with visual representations of the data.
Automated invoices and hassle-free payments
Retail partners receive automated invoices with a detailed price breakdown on their self-serve portal and on their emails. They have a variety of payment methods to choose from like CC, Bank Debit, eCheck, ACH, Wire, etc. Partners can choose to pay directly from their portal or using the link in the email.
