Iberdrola EV Stations Made Available to GO TO-U App Users

Iberdrola is a Spanish multinational energy company (founded in 1992), which has been developing its own charging network for several years. As of early 2023, 1,396 EV charging locations with 2,916 Chargers were installed in Spain.

GO TO-U is excited to announce that all Iberdrola chargers are available in the GO TO-U app. EV owners or lessees can easily find Iberdrola stations in the GO TO-U app (on the map or using the search box), filter them by capacity and connector type, monitor their activity, and reserve the charger online. A charging session can be activated and paid for immediately in a few clicks (due to the multi-currency wallet function).

Iberdrola is committed to the development of the EV charging network in Spain, and now its chargers are available all over the country. The company installs its stations both in cities and along highways, independently and in partnership with automakers (e.g. Volvo, Volkswagen and Porsche). The key advantage of Iberdrola chargers is the clean renewable energy available for every EV driver.

The capacity of Iberdrola charging stations ranges from 7 to 350+ kW.

Iberdrola has quite ambitious plans. By 2025, the company intends to launch 150,000 charging points in Spain. In particular, ultrafast 350 kW charging stations are to be installed on highways every 200 km, as well as fast 150 kW and 50 kW charging stations - every 100 km and 50 km, respectively. To implement this plan, in 2020, Iberdrola invested 150 million euros.

GO TO-U makes every effort to create a reliable and high-quality charging infrastructure, so the list of operators available in the app will keep growing. Currently, the GO TO-U app offers more than 330,000 charging locations in 47 countries around the world.
