Greenscape Secures Interim loan for Green Parking Facility at Denver International Airport
Greenscape Capital Group (TSX-V: GRN) has arranged a loan of US$2.6 million interim loan to meet its initial obligations toward the construction of the Green Park DIA a new car parking facility at Denver International Airport that will be utilize the latest environmentally friendly technologies.
The interim loan is in addition to the previously announced US$8.5 million project debt finance agreement arranged by RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group.
"Green Park DIA will become a significant asset for Greenscape and we are pleased that it has attracted such strong recognition and financing support, Bryan Slusarchuk, Greenscape CEO, stated.
This loan will be repaid from Greenscape's next equity financing which is scheduled to close within 90 days.
