This marks the Groups third major investment into global technology businesses this year, reinforcing its dedication to ‘making travel easy’ for partners and customers worldwide.

For over a decade, FGS has been complementing ParkIT by developing queue busting ticket kiosks and key lockers that ensure every trip is seamless for travelers. By joining forces it allows Holiday Extras to further fuse FGS’s innovative hardware with ParkITs pioneering software, delivering new products and increasing airport parking capacity across the globe.

The 100% acquisition of FGS enables the Holiday Extras group to commit further investment in the team and their renowned innovation capabilities, ensuring substantial benefits for FGS customers, existing and new. The Group will keep the existing FGS offices in Rochester and continue to collaborate with the highly skilled FGS team, with founder Delroy Marks remaining as an integral part of the team.
