Impark expands operations into Louisiana
Impark, one of North America's largest parking operators, announced today it has expanded its operations into the State of Louisiana with multi-year contracts to manage parking operations at two landmark properties in New Orleans.
With operations commencing December 1, 2009, the facilities include a 777 space parking garage serving the Place St. Charles retail and class 'A' office building. In addition, Impark assumed parking management responsibilities on February 1, 2010 at Lakeway Center; a three-building property featuring more than 1.1 million square feet of Class A office space served by three garages totaling almost 3,700 spaces.
Impark partnered with local firm Royal Parking on both projects, "Impark's industry-leading employee training procedures and back office support, together with the local hands-on management provided by Royal Parking, is exactly what is required to deliver the optimum service experience for our clients and their tenants at these two prestigious properties," commented Herb Anderson, Impark's Chairman and CEO.
