INDIGO Becomes the Parking Leader in Brazil With the Acquisition of PareBem

INDIGO Group , world leader in parking and mobility, continues its growth strategy in its core business in Brazil. Thanks to the merger between Indigo Brazil, number 2 in the parking market in Brazil, and PareBem, number 3, Indigo Group has become one of the main operators in the country. The Group is thus enriching its portfolio of long-term contracts and expanding its geographic presence, particularly in Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza and Curitiba. It also incorporates on-street parking services.

The new entity, which operates under the INDIGO brand, operates 372 car parks in shopping centres, airports, stadiums, arenas, parks, universities and hospitals, i.e. 160,000 parking spaces, on and off-street, in 97 cities across the country, with more than 4,200 employees.

With this operation, INDIGO is strengthening its position in the Brazilian market, which is very promising in the individual mobility business. This reinforcement operation in Brazil is part of the strategy of rebalancing the Group's geographic portfolio of activities.
