Intelli-Park Expands Market Presence with Acquisition of Total Parking Solutions

Intelli-Park has completed the acquisition of Total Parking Solutions (TPS), a long-standing parking operator known for its strong footprint across sectors including universities, retail, healthcare/NHS, residential/BTR, hospitality, corporate campuses, local authorities, and transport environments. The deal was finalised on 17 September 2025, with financial terms remaining confidential.

By bringing TPS into the Intelli-Park family, the business combines nationwide operational capability and AI-powered technologies with the specialist sector insight and established client relationships of TPS. Together, the companies will offer a more comprehensive service portfolio — spanning ANPR systems, digital permitting, smart enforcement, monitoring, data-driven insights and advisory support. Current TPS customers will continue to receive services under existing agreements and support channels, with any future enhancements clearly communicated prior to rollout.

This acquisition marks a significant step for Intelli-Park as demand accelerates for connected, intelligent parking solutions that bolster compliance, elevate user experience and maximise revenue retention for multi-stakeholder estates. Leveraging Intelli-Park technologies — including View360, eCam and iHub — across TPS’s portfolio will enable more effective access management and reduction in unauthorised parking. In addition, an expanded national engineering network will support faster deployments and improved on-site responsiveness across the UK.

This move follows Intelli-Park’s successful absorption of Bank Park in 2024 and reinforces its ambition to deliver future-proof, tech-enabled parking services for complex operational environments. With greater sector reach and upgraded technical capacity, Intelli-Park is well-placed to support organisations seeking efficient, transparent and customer-centric parking solutions.
