Joey Rowland, P.E. joins Walker Parking Consultants

Walker Parking Consultants is pleased to announce that Joey Rowland, PE has joined the firm as the Managing Principal of its new Charlotte, North Carolina office. In his new position, Rowland will establish and manage Walker's newest location.

"We have contemplated establishing a presence in the Carolinas for a number of years, and with Joey joining the firm, our plan has become a reality" said John K. Bushman, PE, president of Walker Parking Consultants. "Walker Parking has a number of high profile clients in the region, including Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Duke University and Novant Health. We are confident that by adding Joey to the firm our client list will grow exponentially."

A graduate of Clemson University, Rowland has 23 years' experience in the parking and engineering fields, having previously worked for Carl Walker, Inc., LEAP Associates, and Tindall Corporation. He is active in numerous industry groups, including the Precast/Precast Concrete Institute (PCI), International Code Council (ICC), and the International Parking Institute (IPI). Rowland is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina.
