UK mobility platform JustPark has acquired event-focused parking specialist BigParking, broadening its presence in the event parking segment and reinforcing its position in the UK parking technology market.

The transaction brings BigParking’s event-based parking operations into JustPark’s nationwide platform. BigParking has built its reputation by managing parking for major outdoor events and festivals, providing tailored traffic management, stewarding, and booking systems designed specifically for high-volume, short-duration demand.

By integrating these capabilities, JustPark is expected to strengthen its offering for large-scale events, where demand management, digital reservations and on-site operational coordination are critical. The acquisition supports JustPark’s strategy to diversify beyond traditional driveway and commercial parking inventory into more specialised, high-yield segments.
