LARRY THE LION GETS HIS PAWS ON A METRIC TICKET

Its no wonder that lion cub Larry wants to get his paws on a ticket to ride even at the tender age of eight weeks he has discovered what value for money is all about.

Larry, one of three lion clubs recently born at West Midland Safari & Leisure Park, is one of the attractions at the Bewdley, Worcestershire site where visitors can pay for their ride tickets in the leisure area.

West Midland Safari & Leisure Park, which welcomes thousands of visitors each summer, has installed seven new Metric Accent machines which issue multi tickets for a selection of rides.

"They have quickly become invaluable in dispensing ride tickets for the leisure and amusement areas which have hosts of rides suitable for the whole family", said Mr. James.

The park covers 200 acres and is home to a magical variety of rare and exotic species from all over the world – including Larry the lion’s predecessors.

Whether it’s the lions, tigers, buffalo or rhino, West Midland Safari & Leisure is now rated as one of the major leisure attractions in the country.
