LAZ wins Miami parking concession
Hartford-based LAZ Parking has been hired to handle parking services at Miami's showcase 1111 Lincoln Road pedestrian-retail-housing development.
1111 Lincoln Road has 13 retail stores, 110,000 square feet of office space, four restaurants and five luxury residences.
LAZ CEO Alan Lazowski described the 300-vehicle car park as the equivalent of "a five-star hotel for cars,'' including automated technology and other state-of-the-art features.
