Metric Appoints New Customer Service Director

Joining Metric Group as our new customer service director, Ashley Bailey has an enviable track record, spanning over three decades in the supply and support of equipment to the transport, parking, and revenue control industries.

Ash is no stranger to the company! In fact, he's a trusted pair of hands previously holding the role of Metric's customer service manager for eight years.

image of Metric's new customer service directorDiscussing his new position, Ash said: "I'm delighted to be joining Metric Group as customer service director. I first worked for the company's predecessor, Almex, in 1981, for what was intended to be a three month ‘summer job’!

As someone whose entire working life has been in transport or parking payments I've always kept abreast of Metric's products, services and reputation in the market.

The company has a rapidly expanding product range, far more than just parking machines, and I know there's more to come.

I am really looking forward to working with the team to ensure that our customers not only have the best products in the parking payment sector, but the best support packages too.
