2026 WIP MONDAY Accelerate Program Focuses on Career Success

International speaker and leadership strategist Debra Russell will present a high-level keynote at National Parking Association’s (NPA) 2026 WOMEN IN PARKING (WIP) MONDAY Accelerate Program. The event on September 14, 2026, in Las Vegas, is part of the NPA Convention & Expo

A board-certified master coach, Russell will present the keynote, “Lead With Intention: Turning Pressure Into Purpose,” where she will share a simple yet powerful framework to help leaders identify where they still have choice, influence, and ownership – even when circumstances feel beyond their control.

NPA President & CEO Christine Banning IOM, CAE, said, “The WIP MONDAY Accelerate program at NPA’s convention supports parking professionals in their career journey to strengthen knowledge and networks to enhance their performance and success.”

Since 1986, Russell has been training, coaching, and developing leaders around the world. With nearly four decades of experience, she’s built a reputation for turning powerful leadership ideas into practical actions that spark meaningful change. Today, she collaborates with business owners and leadership teams to break free from day-to-day demands and lead more effectively – creating stronger, more empowered organizations and helping leaders spark clarity, ownership, and forward momentum.

Previously Russell served as head trainer and general manager of Tony Robbins' multimillion-dollar training organization, Robbins Research International, Inc., and has coached clients in 11 countries. Russell has traveled to The Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, England, Australia, Malaysia, China, and South America delivering keynotes and conducting seminars in personal empowerment, developing talents and strengths, leadership, strategic planning, time management, communication, sales, team development, and more.

“The WIP program offers a unique opportunity for parking leaders to strengthen their impact and help others succeed professionally,” said Nicole Hankins, chair, WIP Steering Team, and EVP – business development and strategic accounts, LAZ Parking. “Debra Russell’s effective leadership framework and the in-depth WIP CHOICE sessions offer valuable education for members to explore meaningful ways to thrive in their daily work.”

WIP MONDAY Accelerate provides a forum for parking professionals from across the industry in multiple disciplines. This year’s event focuses on executive leadership skills, career development and momentum, and fostering a collaborative environment to advance the parking industry.
