New Bursary to study Parking at University of Westminster
The British Parking Association (BPA) is to provide funding for one full-time student each year on the Masters in Transport Planning & Management course at the University of Westminster. This will comprise fees plus a cost of living allowance of L10,000, and will run for a period of five years. It will be known as ‘The John Heasman Bursary’ to commemorate the work done by John Heasman as founding Director General of the BPA.
Westminster will invite applications to the Masters’ course for this bursary, and candidates will be selected by a joint panel of University staff and the BPA.
