New Directors For Stirling Lloyd

Established over thirty years ago Stirling Lloyd are one of the leading developers and manufacturers of high-performance waterproofing and structural protection systems. Their extensive product range includes Bridge Deck Waterproofing, Structural Waterproofing, Tunnel Linings, Tanking and Lining, Car Park Surfacing, Decorative Slip Resistant Surfacing and Expansion Joints.

After qualifying as an accountant in 1984 Colin Baxter held several senior financial positions for a number of companies, mainly operating in the contracting field. Since joining Stirling Lloyd in 1998 as Financial Manager/Company Secretary, he has played a significant role in the development of the company, including the introduction and maintenance of new financial accounting and management reporting systems. He has now assumed his new role as 'Financial Director' for the Group.

Over the last three years in his role as Business Development Manager, Mike Harper has been instrumental in the development of new products such as the Sentinel™ range of expansion joints. His remit as 'Development Director' for Stirling Lloyd Polychem Ltd will be to identify and penetrate new markets and develop innovative high performance products for the Civil Engineering and Construction Industries.

These appointments have strengthened the Stirling Lloyd Management structure, enabling it to successfully manage the continuing period of expansion it is experiencing through organic growth and acquisition.
