Wilbur Smith Associates Presents New Vice President and Deputy Director of the Mid Atlantic Region

He will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the region including project management, job development and overall management of the region. Mr. White will continue to lead the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning (TETP) division for the Mid-Atlantic Region, which includes offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Richmond and Falls Church, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia. He has over 13 years experience in both the public and private sectors specializing in project management, traffic operations studies and design, traffic safety, access management, traffic calming, traffic modeling and traffic control plan designs.

White joined WSA in 1998 and has since served as Associate-in-Charge of the Richmond office and Mid-Atlantic Region TETP Director. He has directed a number of high profile projects throughout the region in the areas of traffic engineering and transportation planning for public and private sector clients.

Mr. White received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. He is a registered PE in Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
