Paragon ID: Damien Cardinaux Appointed as Chief Operating Officer

Paragon ID Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Damien Cardinaux as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Executive Committee, reporting to John Rogers, CEO.

With more than 25 years of experience leading international teams through transformation and growth, Damien brings a strong track record of operational leadership, business management, strategic execution, and people‑centric management. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated that effective leadership is built on trust, transparency, and the ability to inspire teams to move forward together.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Damien will be responsible for managing the global operations of Paragon ID Group, while also overseeing Engineering and Innovation. His mission will focus on:

• Strengthening alignment across countries and business lines
• Reinforcing clarity and trust through transparent leadership
• Creating environments where teams are empowered to innovate and excel
• Driving operational and engineering excellence while supporting purposeful, sustainable growth
