Duncan Collingwood joined Paragon ID UK as Business Development Director

Paragon ID strengthens its UK card sales team to improve services to its Smart Cities customers in the mass transit, education and other sectors

This month Duncan Collingwood joined Paragon ID UK as Business Development Director heading up smartcard sales to transport operators, universities and various other markets. He brings with him a wealth of experience of working with mass transit and other public sector organisations thanks to his previous role as Head of Business Development at ESP Group. Joining at a time of growth, his focus will be on supporting our key customers as well as developing new business opportunities.

This follows the appointment of Jack Hargreave as UK Business Development Manager in September. With his experience in cards, consumables and technology across our sectors, Jack’s role is to help expand relationships on our most important accounts. His previous experience of working for a smartcard provider, paired with his technology expertise, means he is well equipped to support and grow our customer base.

Ryan Mellors, General Manager for Paragon ID’s UK operations in Hull, commented:

We are delighted to have welcomed Duncan and Jack to our team! Thanks to their combined experience, we are well equipped to grow our business in 2024 and beyond. Their appointments demonstrate our commitment and strength to expand both our traditional and digital products across the UK and Ireland.”
