Jacksonville International Airport Expands Parking with New Garage

- Jacksonville, Florida, USA
Jacksonville International Airport

Jacksonville International Airport is moving forward with the construction of a third parking garage to expand capacity. The new six-level facility will be located just east of the existing daily garage and will provide approximately 2,000 additional parking spaces.

The total investment for the project is estimated at $92 million. Preparatory work began after a permit was issued last October to clear a 3.38-acre area that previously served as a parking lot.

Situated south of the airport’s hourly and daily parking areas, the structure is being developed as part of broader efforts to enhance airport infrastructure and prepare for future growth.

Completion is expected by June 2026—just in time to support increased activity ahead of the opening of the new Concourse B, which will feature six new gates.
