New Three‑Level Parking Garage Debuts as First Phase of Dana Point Harbor’s $600M Revamp
A newly constructed three-level parking structure is now open at Dana Point Harbor, marking the first completed component of a multi-phase, $600 million improvement plan. The facility offers nearly 1,000 spaces, smart parking features, and amenities for both visitors and boaters, including dedicated parking areas, restrooms, and locker rooms.
The structure is designed to support future events and provide easier access to planned retail, dining, and public areas. It connects directly to the harbor’s main commercial zone and is part of a larger effort to modernize the harbor while enhancing the visitor experience.
Future phases will include new shops, restaurants, hotels, and a full marina upgrade. The landside portion of the project is scheduled to be completed by 2027.
