Pat Martin new Director of Restoration for Carl Walker, Inc.

Mr. Martins restoration experience includes design and detailing repairs for structural and waterproofing components of conventionally reinforced, post-tensioned, precast, and steel-framed parking structures. His experience also includes the restoration of waterproofing and plaza systems above occupied spaces including green roofs, split slab systems, and paver systems.

Mr. Martin holds a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. He has performed evaluations of parking structures and plazas to identify areas of deterioration, evaluate long-term durability and serviceability, provide repair recommendations, and prepare estimates of probable construction cost for single phase and multi-year repair packages.
