Shepard will own PayByPhone’s global product strategy and roadmap, leveraging data, partnerships, and innovation to deepen the driver experience, and to strengthen relationships with municipalities and parking operators. His expertise in unified kerb systems—integrating parking, permits, enforcement, and digital mobility—directly aligns with PayByPhone’s next phase of expansion into frictionless, connected mobility payments.
