PayByPhone Appoints New Global Director of Customer Experience and Support
PayByPhone, the global leader in mobile parking payments, today announces the appointment of Terri Butler-Lee as Global Director of Customer Experience and Support, effective immediately. Butler-Lee reports directly to Anthony Cashel, PayByPhone’s Chief Operating Officer.
Based in the UK, she is responsible for leading PayByPhone’s global customer service, care and support operations, driving seamless user journeys during the company’s next period of growth.

Her extensive career features over two decades of driving operational transformation, fostering inclusive corporate cultures and building scalable, digital-first support frameworks.
