Q-Free (OSE: QFR), a global leader in mobility solutions for smart city infrastructure, announced that Ole Gade, one of Europe’s most respected parking leaders has joined the company to head up Q-Free’s European parking efforts.

Dave Radford, executive vice president of parking solutions for Q-Free, said Gade’s connections and leadership align perfectly with Q-Free’s commitment to the European parking market. “Ole knows parking in Europe better than just about anyone. He’s worked with some of the leading innovators and been responsible for some of Europe’s major parking initiatives,” he said. “He understands Q-Free’s vision and we’re thrilled we were able to have him join our global team.

In his new role, Gade will handle sales and develop a network of strategic partners and resellers throughout the continent, especially in the United Kingdom, Scandanavia, Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier during his 20-year-plus parking industry career, he helped start two companies and at one time, oversaw parking operations at Copenhagen airport.

Radford believes Gade will bring a new level of expertise and opportunity to Q-Free’s parking business.Ole will help elevate our global position, particularly with our indoor parking guidance and outdoor sensor-based solutions.
