Q-Free: Changes in board and management

In a board meeting in Q-Free ASA held on 3 November 2015 the board made the following decisions:

– The CEO Thomas Falck steps down from his position with immediate effect.

– CFO Roar Østbø is appointed as interim CEO in the company.

The Chairman of the board Terje Christoffersen has informed the board of his immediate resignation as Chairman of the board. The Vice chairman of the board, Charlotte Brogren will chair the board’s work until a new chairman of the board is elected by the general meeting in accordance with the company’s articles of association.
