STICHTING PENSIOENFONDS ING NEW Q-PARK SHAREHOLDER

Stichting Pensioenfonds ING has become a shareholder of the European parking company Q-Park. The shares have been acquired from ING Vastgoed Ontwikkeling BV, which will remain a company shareholder.

As a parking company we do the same by focusing on long-term positions in large European towns; we therefore have a common interest,” according to Ward Vleugels, chairman of the Q-Park Executive Board.

Q-Park is a top five player within the European parking sector, and owns, manages or operates car parks, or a combination of the three. The interests in Europe have expanded rapidly in recent years with strong market positions in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, United Kingdom and Ireland. The company has a workforce of 1,600.

Q-Park shareholders include:
ING Vastgoed Fondsbelegging BV, ING Vastgoed Ontwikkeling BV, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, TKP Pensioen, Delta Lloyd, Rupa BV, Reaal Levensverzekeringen, Entero BV, BHF-Bank AG, Interpolis Pensioenen on behalf of: Stichting Bedrijfstak Pensioenfonds voor de Detailhandel, Stichting Pensioenfonds Wonen, Stichting BPF voor het Levensmiddelenbedrijf, Stichting Bedrijfspensioenfonds voor de Landbouw, Rabobank Pensioenfonds, NV Interpolis BTL and Stichting Pensioenfonds ING.
